This just in: Victor Wembanyama is still getting bigger.
The San Antonio Spurs officially released their full training camp roster this week. Most notably in the roster release was that the Spurs are now listing their star big man Wembanyama at a surprising new weight — 235 pounds.

That is a major jump from what the 7-foot-3 Wembanyama was previously listed at. He played out last season at an official weight of 210 pounds (meaning that he has since bulked up by roughly 25 pounds).
As a rookie last season, the 20-year-old Wembanyama averaged a stellar 21.4 points, 10.6 rebounds, and 3.6 blocks per game en route to winning NBA Rookie of the Year honors. Now Wembanyama will be entering his sophomore season with an improved physique as well as a new veteran teammate who should make life much easier for him.
