Chicago Bulls Roster Cuts

After the Bulls preseason victory over the Timberwolves on Wednesday, Billy Donovan said he planned to speak to the front office regarding the team’a 15th roster spot.

The Bulls announced Thursday they waived Onuralp Bitim and Kenny Lofton Jr.

Two reports surfaced indicating interest in Zach LaVine from two NBA Western Conference teams. Mat Issa of Forbes reported the Sacramento Kings are interested in acquiring LaVine.

Anthony Irwin of Clutch Points also reported that the Los Angeles Lakers still hold interest in acquiring LaVine. Los Angeles was reported as a potential Bulls trade partner for LaVine during the 2023-24 season.
