Marc-Andre Fleury throws it back to his rookie season with his final pair of goalie pads

Marc-Andre Fleury is a beloved NHL goaltender who has been in the league for about 20 years now, and he is still playing at a solid level.

Having said that, he has certainly gone through a ton of pairs of goalie pads. For those who may not know, goalie pads are a great display of individualism for a goalie. While many netminders prefer to wear all white pads, there are those who like to keep things colorful. For instance, when Fleury started out with the Pittsburgh Penguins, he would wear all yellow.

Now, Fleury is in his final season and he is with the Minnesota Wild. Of course, the team used to be the North Stars who were green and yellow. Consequently, Fleury is throwing it back to that paint scheme with his incredible new pads, which can be seen below.

While these may not appeal to everyone, they certainly make for a great and unique pair. He is going to be standing out on the ice, and there is absolutely no denying that.

His goalie masks for his final season are also pretty cool. Oh, and you can expect his glove and blocker to match the colors seen above. That kind of goes without saying at this point. Either way, we wish Flower nothing but the best in this final season. We hope he accomplishes everything he sets out to. The league won't be the same without him.
