Overal, the Boston Bruins are one of the most historic teams in the entire NHL as they were part of the original six and were even founded 100 years ago.

Considering this is their 100th birthday, it should come as no surprise that the team is attempting to celebrate its Centennial season in impeccable fashion. One thing that fans have really been waiting for is their Centennial jersey that will be worn on special occasions.

Today, the jersey was officially unveiled with the help of team captain Brad Marchand. As you can see down below, the jersey is authentic to the history of the team. From the bear logo patch to the B on the front of the jersey, this is an amazing piece of history, Moreover, there is even a little marker on the inside collar that reveals the final score of the team's first-ever game against the Montreal Maroons.

The Boston Bruins are a team with a truly rampant fanbase and these jerseys needed to be good in order to win the fans over. Typically, fans can never admit when a jersey or a rebrand is any good. But with these uniforms, it appears as though fans are finally coming to the same conclusion.

We can't wait to see these things in action throughout the season. It seems like a lot of teams have stepped up their jersey game this season, and the Bruins are no exception to that rule.
