On Thursday, LSU gymnast and pop culture superstar Livvy Dunne turned 22 years old. Her boyfriend, Pittsburgh Pirates fireballer Paul, Skenes was up to the challenge in the gift department.
The Pittsburgh Pirates fired three coaches on Wednesday, including batting coach Andy Haines and bullpen coach Justin Meccage. The changes come after the Pirates finished last in the National League Central with a 76-86 mark.
The infielder finished the season at 496 plate appearances, when his contract would’ve afforded him a $250K bonus for reaching 500 trips to the plate.
